Our Services

Customers cannot assert copyright over materials received from us or claim to own them. The study materials we provide are purely for research and reference purposes.

Copywriting materials refer to promotional content, such as articles and sales letters, created to promote ideas, individuals, services, or products. These materials are produced by freelance experts who transfer all rights and ownership to StandoutEssay.org. Once the copywriting materials are sold and delivered to the Customer, they become the Customer's intellectual property. The Customer then has full rights to use, distribute, publish, or reproduce them as desired.

Order Placement

Verification

StandoutEssay.org may initiate a verification process to prevent fraud. This process may include confirming billing or order details in writing. The verification process will start within 2 hours of confirming payment. If you are unable to complete the verification within the specified timeframe, the order delivery might be delayed.

Order Instructions

The Customer agrees to provide detailed and correct instructions for the order, along with all necessary files, materials, and access credentials needed to complete the order successfully. If the Customer says more materials are coming, the order will be temporarily paused, and the expert will begin work after all required details are available. We will assign an expert only after receiving all materials. The Customer realizes that timely submission of all details is critical for the order to proceed.

Moreover, the Client will make all reasonable efforts to give understandable and consistent instructions. Any inconsistencies or contradictions may result in late delivery, as we will have to pause work to check the instructions with the Client. The Company will not be accountable for any delays arising from the necessity to double-check instructions.

Obscure or Rare Sources

The Customer must supply within 2 hours of payment any uncommon or hard to access materials or login details needed to complete the order. If these materials are not provided within the given timeframe, it may result in a delay in delivering the order.

Fees and Payment

You can find the prices for the Company's services on the Website. However, we reserve right to establish a custom rate in the following cases:

• The work the Customer requests exceeds the standard services we provide
• The Customer asks for changes that deviate from the initial instructions.

To start working on your order, we require advance payment. The Client realizes and accepts that the specialist is appointed after the order is paid and all required details are submitted. The order deadline begins only after all requirements are met, so any delay can affect the delivery timeline.

Service Completion and Delivery

Once the order is completed, the Customer can access it in:

• The inbox of the email address entered during registration
• The Customer Admin Panel

The Clients who did not get the results by the agreed upon deadline should reach out to us. A Company representative will help resolve any technical problem and retrieve the completed order.

StandoutEssay.org is not liable for any holdups or delivery issues due to the malfunctions of the Customer’s email server or Internet Service Provider.

Reasonable Support and Cooperation

The Client realizes that lack of instructions or guidance during the service process may cause delays in delivery. If this is the case, the Company will not be held accountable. We urge you to check your email frequently for any questions the specialist working on your order may have. Keep in mind that not checking messages or providing wrong contact phone number may lead to further delays.

Deadline Extension by a Customer

The Client may give extra time for our specialist to finish the order. In this situation, a revised deadline will be set, and late delivery will be accessed based on this new timeframe.

Order Cancellation Initiated by a Customer

The Customer accepts that a freelance specialist is appointed to an order only after the Company receives full payment for it. Due to the specialized nature of this Service, we provide refunds only in specific cases described in these Terms and Conditions or at the Company’s discretion.

To the order cancellation initiated by the Customer, the following terms are applied:

• The Client can cancel an order at any time before it is paid.
• If the order has already been paid but has not been assigned to an expert yet, the Customer can get an 80% refund upon cancellation.
• If the order has been paid and assigned to a specialist, and the Customer wishes to cancel, they will receive a 40% refund of the total amount paid.

Discounts and Balance

All seasonal offers StandoutEssay.org provides are applicable to each order separately and cannot be combined. You can choose accept or disregard any of Company’s offers, but bear in mind that we do not grant refunds on unused discounts.

Funds added to the Customer's Balance by the Company are available for use on a per-order and per-customer basis and may be combined with other applicable discounts. The following terms apply to the Customer's Balance:

• Customers can use the funds to pay for an entire order as long as the Balance is sufficient.
• Customers may choose to voluntarily add funds to their Balance and are eligible for a refund on any added funds.
• Any other funds in the Balance are non-refundable.

Guarantees

Money Back Guarantee

The Client is expected to give us clear and accurate order instructions. We will fully cooperate with the Customer, but the Customer should make every reasonable effort to help achieve the expected quality of the Service.

For the Company to consider the refund request, it should be submitted:

• In writing only
• Through email or the Customer Admin Panel
• Within 7 days of the order delivery

Any requests submitted by other means or after this time period will not be accepted. The refunds are processed as explained in these Terms and Conditions or at the Company’s discretion.

Since pricing is linked to particular delivery option, in case of late delivery, the order price will be adjusted according to the new deadline, and the difference will be refunded.

Free Revision Guarantee

StandoutEssay.org will amend any order that does not meet initial instructions or guarantees stated on our Site for free.

The revision request guidelines are as follows:

• Revisions must be requested within 14 days of Service completion.
• All requests must be submitted in writing through email or the Customer Admin Panel.
• After 14 days, the Client will be considered satisfied with the Service, and free revisions will no longer be available.
• Any extra time required for revisions will not count toward the original service deadline.
• The additional time to deliver the revised work is granted to the expert at the Customer's discretion.
• Revisions requested after 14 days or with instructions differing from the original request may incur a nominal fee, determined by the scope of the requested changes.

Please note that extra time necessary for revisions made under the Free Revision Guarantee will not be considered as late delivery under the Money Back Guarantee.

The Company restricts access to its services, guarantees, customer support, and Website for individuals or entities located in “Prohibited Jurisdictions,” including the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan. Persons and organizations from these jurisdictions are prohibited from utilizing StandoutEssay.org’s services.
